Happy weekend!

I made a pretty tasty green smoothie this morning and thought I'd share the recipe. We're a little low on fruits and veggies right now, so it's a pretty simple concoction.

- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 apples (including peel)
- 1 scoop chia seeds
- 3 dates
- about 2 or 3 cups water
- 3 kale leaves
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 scoop peanut butter

This was a nice way to start the day : ) Hope everyone has a great weekend!

I agree that it was probably a pretty good way to start the day, but the picture isn't very convincing...
